Web Audit
QuickScan vs Standard vs Premium: What's the Difference?

Not every website needs the same level of examination.
A small business website that mainly provides information does not necessarily need the same depth of technical investigation as an e-commerce platform handling customer accounts, payments, APIs, databases, and other backend systems.
That is why at Synoloop Solutions, we offer three levels of website auditing: QuickScan, Standard Audit, and Premium Audit.
Each level goes deeper than the one before it. The difference is not simply the number of things we check; it is how deeply we examine your website and the systems supporting it.
Website QuickScan
A Fast Check of Your Website's Most Important Areas
The Website QuickScan is designed for businesses that want a practical overview of their website without going through a full technical assessment.
It covers three major areas: UI/UX, frontend systems, and accessibility and SEO.
We look at whether your website is easy to navigate, whether it works properly across different screen sizes, and whether visitors can understand what to do next. We also look at important conversion elements such as forms, calls-to-action, and the overall clarity of your content.
On the frontend side, we check areas such as page loading performance, responsiveness, visual stability, and important legal features such as privacy policies, terms of service, and cookie-related functionality where applicable.
We also perform a basic accessibility and SEO review covering page titles and descriptions, URL structure, internal linking, mobile friendliness, and your sitemap and robots.txt.
The QuickScan is a good starting point if you want to know: "Is there anything obviously wrong with my website?"
Website Standard Audit
A Deeper Review of Your Website's Frontend and Search Performance
The Standard Audit goes beyond the QuickScan and provides a more detailed examination of your website's user experience, frontend systems, accessibility, and SEO.
For UI/UX, we examine areas such as branding consistency, navigation, typography, colour usage, spacing, visual hierarchy, accessibility considerations, responsiveness, and the overall conversion experience.
The frontend review also goes deeper. We can examine browser compatibility, UI behaviour, frontend accessibility implementations, asset optimisation, error handling, visual stability, and frontend package health. Where access is available, we can also review aspects of the code structure and development practices.
We also expand the SEO and accessibility review to include crawlability and indexability, Core Web Vitals at a high level, heading structure, image optimisation, and basic off-page signals such as your business's online presence.
The Standard Audit is therefore more suitable for a business that depends heavily on its website and wants a clearer understanding of how well the website is actually performing.
Website Premium Audit
A Full Review of Your Website and Its Supporting Systems
The Premium Audit is the most comprehensive option.
It includes everything covered in the broader website review, while extending the assessment into the backend, infrastructure, and cybersecurity areas that are not visible to ordinary website visitors.
On the backend, we can examine server configuration and health, API stability, database structure and efficiency, authentication and authorisation, error handling, logging, performance, security practices, scalability, backup and recovery, compliance considerations, package updates, framework or CMS health, and analytics and tracking.
This matters because a website can look completely normal from the outside while having problems behind the scenes.
If your website has user accounts, payments, APIs, databases, administrative systems, or other complex functionality, the frontend is only part of the system.
Infrastructure and Cybersecurity
The Premium Audit also examines the infrastructure supporting your website.
Depending on the scope and access available, this can include technology fingerprinting, SSL/TLS configuration, DNS and email security, HTTP security headers, vulnerability enumeration, authentication and access control, input validation, server or cPanel security, file and configuration security, runtime hardening, logging, firewall configuration, and other protection layers.
The purpose is not simply to run automated security scanners and give you a list of warnings.
We want to understand what is exposed, why it matters, and what should be addressed.
Which Website Audit Should You Choose?
Choose Based on What Your Website Does
The right audit depends on how important your website is to your business and how complex the systems behind it are.
QuickScan
Choose this if you want a fast health check covering the most important UI/UX, frontend, accessibility, and SEO areas.
Standard Audit
Choose this if you want a deeper review of your website's UI/UX, frontend systems, accessibility, and SEO, including areas that require more detailed investigation.
Premium Audit
Choose this if your website supports important business operations and you need a broader examination covering UI/UX, frontend, SEO, backend systems, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
The important thing is not choosing the most expensive option.
It is choosing an audit that matches what your website is responsible for.
A simple business website and a platform processing customer information should not be assessed in exactly the same way.
Why Do We Separate the Audits?
Your Website Is More Than What You See on the Screen
When you visit your website, you see the interface.
You see the pages, buttons, images, forms, menus, and content. But behind those elements may be servers, databases, APIs, authentication systems, third-party integrations, analytics, security configurations, and other infrastructure.
A QuickScan can help identify important visible and high-level issues.
A Standard Audit gives us more room to examine how your website performs and how its frontend and search foundations are structured.
A Premium Audit takes the assessment further by looking at the systems behind your website, where important performance, reliability, and security issues may exist.
That is the main difference between the three.
QuickScan tells you what needs attention.
Standard helps you understand your website more deeply.
Premium examines the website and the systems supporting it.
Start With the Level That Makes Sense for Your Business
You do not need to wait until your website stops working before checking it.
If your website generates leads, represents your business, processes transactions, stores customer information, or supports important operations, knowing its current condition can help you make better decisions about what needs to be fixed or improved.
Your website is working for your business. Make sure you know how well it is working.
