1.About these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or engage Synoloop Solutions ("Synoloop", "we", "us") for a website, online store, business system, audit, branding, care plan or other service.
For client projects, your signed proposal or project agreement sets out the specific scope, price, timeline and deliverables. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
2.Using our website
- Use the site lawfully, and don't try to disrupt it or access our systems without permission.
- Information on the site, including prices and timelines, is a general guide. Your quote confirms what applies to your project.
- Sample builds shown in our portfolio are demonstration sites, not client work, and are labelled as such.
3.Quotes and scope
- We confirm your scope, price and timeline in writing before any work begins.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Prices are in Nigerian naira and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
- Work outside the agreed scope (new features, extra pages or major changes of direction) is quoted separately.
- Third-party costs such as premium plugins, paid APIs, SMS credits, domains or unusual hosting needs are explained upfront and billed separately.
4.Payments
- Projects: 50% deposit to start, 30% at the build milestone and 20% before launch.
- Landing pages: 70% to start and 30% before launch.
- Audits, Brand Starter Kits and Care Plans are paid upfront.
You'll receive an official invoice before payment and a receipt after it. Only pay into the official Synoloop Solutions company account or through our official payment link. We will never ask you to pay into a personal account. If you're unsure, contact us before paying.
5.Timelines and your part
Project timelines start once your deposit has cleared and we've received the content we need, such as your logo, text, photos and product or listing details.
To keep your project on schedule, we ask you to:
- provide accurate content and any access we need (domain, hosting, payment gateway accounts);
- name one decision-maker who can approve designs and milestones within 2 business days;
- make sure you have the right to use any content, images or trademarks you give us.
Delays in content, approvals or payments move the timeline accordingly.
6.Design approval, launch and support
- You approve the design before development starts.
- Every project includes one month of free support after launch for fixes to what we delivered. New features after launch are quoted as a new phase.
- Optional Care Plans cover hosting, backups, security and support hours as described in your plan. Extra support beyond your plan's hours is billed at the rate stated in your plan.
- Any first-time client guarantees, such as our design approval guarantee and on-time launch promise, apply as described in your proposal.
7.Website audits
Audit reports reflect your website at the time we tested it, using the checklist for your package. They're our professional assessment and recommendations; results after implementing fixes depend on how and when they're applied, and on factors outside our control such as search engines and third-party services. We can't guarantee specific rankings or traffic.
8.Ownership and intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of what we build for you, including design files and code, are set out in your project agreement and transfer as stated there once you've paid in full.
Our own tools, templates, know-how and pre-existing code remain ours, and we may reuse general techniques. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing. Content on this website belongs to Synoloop Solutions or its licensors.
9.Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf (for example, your customers' orders on a system we host), we do so only on your instructions.
10.Liability
We deliver our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you've paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Nigerian law.
11.Pausing or ending a project
Either party may end a project in writing if the other seriously breaches these terms or the project agreement and doesn't fix it within a reasonable time. You pay for work completed up to that point, as set out in your agreement.
12.Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We'll always try to resolve concerns directly with you first.
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies from its "last updated" date. Changes don't affect projects already agreed in writing.
