How Synoloop Solutions collects, uses and protects your personal data, and the rights you have over it under Nigerian law.

Last updated: 10 October 2026

1.Who we are

Synoloop Solutions ("Synoloop", "we", "us") is a software company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in the course of providing our services. You can reach us at hello@synoloopsolutions.com.ng, on +234 811 037 1332, or at 21 Edun Street, Oshodi, Lagos.

2.What we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

  • Enquiry details you enter in our forms: your name, email, WhatsApp number, business name, what you need, industry, budget range, preferred start date, website address and your message.
  • Programme and job applications: details you submit to the Synoloop Academy or our Careers page, including any CV you upload.
  • Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.
  • How you found us: the page you were on and campaign details in the link you followed (such as utm_source or an ad click ID), so we know which channels work.
  • Client project information: content, access details and records you share with us while we work on your project.
  • Technical data: basic device and browser information our hosting provider logs to keep the site secure and working.

3.How we use it, and why we're allowed to

  • To reply to your enquiry and arrange a Discovery session, based on your consent when you submit a form.
  • To deliver, invoice and support your project, because it's necessary for our contract with you.
  • To send our newsletter, only if you've opted in. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
  • To understand which marketing works and improve our website, based on our legitimate interest in running our business, and with your consent where the law requires it.
  • To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.

4.Who we share it with

We never sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, under agreements that require them to protect it:

  • website and server hosting providers;
  • email and messaging services (including WhatsApp, when you message us there);
  • payment providers such as Paystack and Flutterwave, when you pay us;
  • analytics and advertising tools, where used, to measure our website and campaigns.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights. Some providers store data outside Nigeria; where that happens, we rely on the safeguards permitted under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

5.Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser's storage to make the site work, for example to remember the campaign link that brought you here while you browse. If we use analytics or advertising cookies, we'll only do so as the law allows, including asking for your consent where required.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time.

6.How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted when they're no longer needed for follow-up. Client and financial records are kept for as long as our contract and the law require. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

7.How we protect it

We use HTTPS across our website, restrict access to personal data to people who need it, and follow good security practice in the systems we build and use. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if anything goes wrong.

8.Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • correct data that's inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
  • stop using your data for marketing, or object to other processing;
  • send your data to you or another organisation in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect anything we did before).

Email hello@synoloopsolutions.com.ng to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC).

9.Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. We'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
